Rules in the New Outlook Web Access

Here's how to make rules using the new Webmail.

1) Log into the new webmail at https://quay.ecotrust.org

2) In the upper right corner of the browser window you'll see a gear icon. Click it, and select "Options"

3) Select "organize email." "Inbox rules" is the category we want.

4) Click the plus sign to make a new rule. You'll want to make that rule based on words or phrase in the subject. 

5) Make a name for the rule. 

6) Use the drop down carrot to select "It include these words in the subject..."

7) In the "specify words or phrases" pop up, type in "[!!Spam]"

8) Click the "+" sign to add the word. 

9) Click ok

10) At this point you can either delete the message, or move it to a specific folder. The next two screen shots show both options. 

11) Save your rule. From outlook you should be able to "run now." Bask in some less spam than you had before.
